Never Quit Coffee is a Florida Cottage Food Operation as defined by Section 500.80, Florida Statutes.
Regulatory Status: Our coffee is produced in a private residence that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.
Direct Sales Only: We sell our products directly to the end consumer. By purchasing, you agree that these products are for personal consumption and are not for resale in retail stores, restaurants, or cafes.
In accordance with the Florida Home Sweet Home Act, we are restricted to conducting business within the state of Florida.
Shipping: We exclusively ship to physical addresses within the state of Florida.
Cancellations: Any order placed with a shipping destination outside of Florida will be voided and refunded immediately. We are not liable for any bank processing times related to these refunds.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Small-Batch Nature: Because our coffee is roasted in small batches, slight variations in roast profile may occur.
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Modifications: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a specific origin (e.g., Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala) without notice.
Our Refund and Return policy is governed by the specific nature of food products and Florida law.
Perishable Goods: As a food product, coffee is exempt from standard "buyer's remorse" returns.
Policy Integration: By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Returns and Refund Policy, which limits returns to un-opened, wrong-item shipments and limited quality claims.
Never Quit Coffee shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our products. As a Cottage Food Operation, the consumer assumes the risk of purchasing food items produced in a non-inspected home kitchen.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Polk County, Florida.

We roast in small batches to ensure maximum freshness in every bag, and we carefully select only the highest quality beans for our roasts.
