Refund policy

At Never Quit Coffee, we roast for the driven. Because our coffee is a perishable food product, roasted in small batches and intentional in its craft, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the safety and quality of every bag that leaves our roastery.

1. Return Policy (Wrong Item/Size)

We understand mistakes happen. If you received the wrong origin or bag size, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition: The product must be completely sealed, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. Due to Florida food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any bag that has been opened or had the seal tampered with.

  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Restocking fee: 2% restocking fee may be charged for some specific products. 

2. Refund Policy (Quality Issues)

Your drive defines your character, and our quality defines our brand. We offer refunds or replacements only in the case of significant product defects:

  • Eligible Issues: Refunds apply only to objective quality failures, such as the presence of foreign objects or an unnatural/chemical odor.

  • Ineligible Issues: Because taste is subjective, we do not offer refunds based on personal flavor preference or "not liking" the roast profile.

  • Evidence: To process a quality-related refund, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue within 24 hours of opening the bag.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Ground Coffee: All sales of ground coffee are final. Because grinding increases the surface area and speeds up oxidation, we cannot verify the integrity of ground coffee once it has been delivered.

  • Opened Bags: Any bag that has been opened, regardless of the reason, is ineligible for return or refund (unless a significant defect is found inside).

4. How to Initiate a Claim

To start a return or refund claim, email us at support@neverquitcoffee.com with your order number, the reason for the request and any other evidence that can help us with your claim.
