Never Quit Coffee operates as a licensed Florida Cottage Food business under the Florida Home Sweet Home Act. To remain compliant with state and federal regulations:
Florida Residents Only: We are legally permitted to sell and ship our coffee exclusively to physical addresses within the State of Florida.
Out-of-State Orders: We cannot fulfill orders with a shipping destination outside of Florida. If an order is placed for shipment to another state, it will be automatically canceled and a full refund will be issued.
Billing vs. Shipping: We accept billing addresses from outside of Florida (e.g., for gifting purposes), provided the final shipping destination is within Florida state lines.
No Wholesale/Resale: In accordance with Florida Statute, our products are for direct-to-consumer sale only. They may not be purchased for resale or wholesale to retail stores or restaurants.
We roast in small batches to ensure maximum freshness in every bag, and we carefully select only the highest quality beans for our roasts.
